He wants to sue the prison service for an attack on him earlier this year when a fellow inmate slashed his throat with a razor blade. It said on the news that he will probably be successful and could get over a hundered grand. His victims families got eleven grand each !

Well, I think he SHOULD sue - but only with the intent of the perpetrators being punished and those in authority being reprimanded for their laxity. He certainly shouldn't be in pocket from it.

I have to agree to disagree with you my friend, it is a well documented fact that things like this will happen to those that harm children, and in all honesty I would find no iota of guilt if I should be allowed to do what has been done, The prison service know's this, he deserves nothing.........nothing at all not even death for that is to easy,he should be made to suffer as those children did, the school I went to had its saying "suffer little children to come unto me" Im am very sure it did not mean them harm from those people who cause it.

he should get every penny of that compensation given to him to make him feel great. then take it and give it to the families of the 2 girls he murdered

I think that the Government should counter claim for the cost of his care when he tried to take his own life, nobody was negligent when he did that, perhaps it was his rotten consience that caused that inconvenience to the prison service.
